Release history for WhaleLink.
1.0.0
First public release
WhaleLink is a voice connection layer: connect your phone to the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) agent you host yourself, and work with it by talking and listening instead of typing. You need DSH running on your host and our dsh-web-remote plugin (shown in DSH as "WhaleLink Voice") installed.
- Two-way voice — you speak, it speaks back; talking to your agent like talking to a person is what sets WhaleLink apart from ordinary voice input
- Voice input — system speech recognition plus an offline local model (Chinese and English); offline recognition runs on-device, so your voice stays on the phone
- Read aloud — agent replies are spoken automatically so you can listen while doing other things; pick the voice and speed
- Direct connection, free — use a LAN IP or your own public address, any number of hosts, at no cost and without consuming subscription quota
- Cloud relay (subscription) — no public IP or port forwarding; reach your host as long as your phone has internet; Plus / Pro / Ultra monthly tiers
- Secure channel — end-to-end encrypted relay, host-fingerprint trust, two-factor sign-in with login risk control, per-host access password, and an outbound tunnel with no public IP — layered security
- Accounts & multiple devices — email / phone sign-in with two-factor authentication (2FA); one account on several devices
