Your Account

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

We make no warranty of any kind regarding the availability, continuity, or accessibility of this APP and the content and services contained therein. In particular, network access depends largely on your network conditions, third-party data sites, and the smoothness and speed of international channels. We hope you understand and acknowledge this.

Ownership of Content

The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other such laws of China and other countries/regions, and is owned or controlled by Unic Games or by third parties that have licensed their content to Unic Games. Unauthorized use of the "Content" may violate copyright law, trademark law, and other laws.

Your License to Access the Website

Copyright Policy

Chengdu Unicgames Co., Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with Unic Games' policy, it may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights of third parties, as appropriate.

To submit to Unic Games a notice of copyright infringement regarding the Unic Games website (including but not limited to "User Submissions" or "Content"), please provide the following information in writing to the designated copyright agent below, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") or other applicable laws:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Export Controls

China and certain other countries/regions restrict the export of products and information. You agree to comply with such restrictions and not to export or re-export the "Content" to countries/regions or individuals prohibited by export control laws. By downloading the "Content", you agree that such export is not prohibited in your country/region and that your country/region is not listed on the "China Ministry of Commerce Denied Orders List" or the "China Ministry of Commerce Specially Designated Countries/Regions List". Choice of Law; Dispute Resolution

If you are not a resident of any European Economic Area country, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand, the applicable law and courts shall be the law and courts of your place of habitual residence.

Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, all legal issues arising out of or related to the use of the website and these Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Sichuan, China, as applied to contracts entered into and performed in Sichuan, China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. By using the website, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sichuan, China for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or action arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby irrevocably waive any objection you may now or hereafter have to the venue of any such legal proceeding in any such court, and waive any claim that such legal proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

It is specifically noted that these Terms of Use are not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Consent to Electronic Communications

You agree to receive all communications from us electronically, including via email, message, or posting on the website. You agree that all communications we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

EU Digital Services Act

If you see content on the website that you believe is illegal, please report it via email. In addition to manually reviewing content on a case-by-case basis, we have also deployed relevant technologies to automatically screen and block potentially violating content.

When we remove content or suspend or terminate an account, we will inform you by email of the reason for our action and provide you with information about any available redress options, such as how to use our internal complaint handling system to appeal the action we have taken.
