Agent Page
After connecting to a host, you land on the agent's chat page. This is where all the work happens.
1. Page layout
- Chat area: the agent's replies and execution steps
- Input area: the voice button and text input box
- Toolbar: read-aloud toggle, settings, back, and more
2. Recognizing the agent page
When WhaleLink detects that the current page is an agent chat page, it shows the corresponding marker.
Why: WhaleLink enables voice only when you are talking to the agent. While browsing ordinary web pages, the voice button does not steal your attention or send commands by mistake.
3. Switching hosts
Go back from the agent page to the host list and pick another host.
Conversations on different hosts are independent — they run on different computers.
4. Keeping the connection
- After the phone is in the background for a while, the system may reclaim the connection; reopening tries to recover automatically
- After a network switch (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data), if the page is unresponsive, go back to the host list and re-enter
- Being idle for a long time does not lose the conversation — re-enter to continue
5. Back and refresh
- Back: return to the host list
- Refresh: when the page state is off, a refresh usually recovers it
If refreshing still cannot connect, see FAQ & Troubleshooting.
