Gems & Top-up

Gems are a one-time paid item in WhaleLink, independent of the monthly subscription.

1. Six tiers

• Pile of gems: 80 gems
• Bag of gems: 500 gems
• Bucket of gems: 1,200 gems
• Barrel of gems: 2,500 gems
• Chest of gems: 6,500 gems
• Cart of gems: 14,000 gems

The bigger the tier, the more gems per unit price. Actual prices are shown on the in-App top-up page.

Gems are a one-time purchase: non-refundable, non-transferable, and not returned when an account is deleted.

2. How to buy

1. Open Settings → Top-up (or the top-up page)
2. Pick a tier and tap Buy
3. Complete payment following the system prompts

• iOS: via App Store in-app purchase
• Android: via Google Play or your chosen channel

3. When gems arrive

Normally they arrive immediately after payment.

If payment succeeded but the gems did not arrive:

1. Wait a moment and pull down to refresh the balance
2. Make sure the network is fine
3. Still missing → contact us via Help & Support → WeChat customer service with the order number and a payment screenshot

Each order is credited only once. Duplicate payment notifications do not cause duplicate grants.

4. How it differs from plans

• Plan (subscription): paid monthly, determines the number of hosts, must be renewed
• Gems: a one-time purchase, independent of the subscription

They are independent — having a plan does not auto-top-up gems, and vice versa.
